Intense aromatic flavor, the yellow tomato, compared to other varieties of tomato,

has a very sweet taste and vitamin content three times higher than other tomatoes.

We find them in our range transformed into:

– Pacchetelle, just chopped tomatoes;

– Intact, with the addition of tomato juice of the same yellow;

– The natural, preserved with salt and water;

– In the pass  version.

With its soft and its firm flesh, is prized by top chefs because enhances the flavor of the first plats and fits just as well with refined dishes of fish and seafood.
